About the role#
Kensington is looking for an intern to support the planning and execution of eight exclusive client events. You will work at the intersection of event production, influencer marketing, and content strategy. This role focuses on bringing our loyalty program to life by creating experiences for repeat clients and capturing content to share across our marketing channels.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the CRM team to identify repeat clients for events and manage the invitation process.
- Oversee guest communications, track RSVPs, and maintain attendance records.
- Support end-to-end logistics for events, including sourcing custom gifts and creating run-of-show documents.
- Secure one influencer and one press attendee for each event, providing them with clear content briefs and managing their participation.
- Coordinate on-site content capture and follow up to ensure coverage is published.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to turn event content into social media, email, and paid campaign assets.
- Track and report on the performance of content across various channels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or a recent degree from a program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, PR, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in event planning, influencer marketing, or luxury brand environments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Written communication skills that align with premium brand messaging.
- Confidence in relationship management and outreach.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic campaign reporting.
- A proactive approach to work and an interest in luxury travel or lifestyle brands.

- This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The role operates on a rolling basis.
