About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will build foundational skills while contributing to projects across the team. This internship is a full-time, 10-12 week commitment during the summer of 2027. You will receive mentorship and guidance to help prepare for your career. The program also includes networking, social gatherings, and team-building activities.
What you'll do#
- Lead a summer project that creates a lasting impact on operations.
- Assist the team with daily tasks.
- Attend department meetings and share your ideas.
- Work with other departments on various initiatives.
- Find ways to improve processes and create standard work.
- Participate in internship program events and training sessions.
- Present your final project results to Kemin Industries leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or Organizational Leadership.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks between May and August.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A high level of interest in your field of study.
