About the role#
We are looking for a Fleet Intern to join our team in Buchanan, New York. This part-time role requires you to work three days per week. You will support our fleet operations and administrative team while gaining experience in logistics, database management, and corporate compliance.
What you'll do#
- Update and maintain fleet databases.
- Track maintenance schedules and file vehicle records.
- Monitor vehicle compliance, such as registrations, inspections, and safety camera reporting.
- Audit and organize digital and physical files to ensure accurate data entry.
- Support the administration of driver safety presentations and training schedules.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a college program for business, operations, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to follow instructions closely and maintain quality standards.
