About the role#
The Fleet Intern will support fleet operations and administrative functions. This part-time position provides hands-on experience in logistics, database management, and corporate compliance.
What you'll do#
- Update and maintain fleet databases.
- Track maintenance schedules and file vehicle records.
- Monitor vehicle compliance, including registrations, inspections, and safety camera reporting.
- Audit and organize digital and physical files to ensure accurate data entry.
- Support the administration of driver safety presentations, training schedules, and compliance records.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a college business, operations, or related program is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain high quality standards.
