About the role#
Jon Ossoff for U.S. Senate is hiring Mobilization Fellows for the Fall 2026 term. This paid fellowship focuses on building our organizing program across Georgia. We are looking for individuals who want to support the campaign and gain experience in political operations. This role is open to current undergraduate students and recent graduates.
What you'll do#
- Recruit, onboard, and train individuals to use relational organizing tools.
- Manage and support a team of paid relational organizers as they engage their networks.
- Travel to and table at in-person events throughout the Atlanta area to build our program.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, supply management, and record keeping.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google services including Sheets, Drive, Docs, and Calendar.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- An interest in Georgia politics, public service, or political campaigns.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow direction.
- Preference is given to those with Georgia ties or prior campaign experience.
- Majors in Political Science are encouraged to apply.

- This fellowship is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work modality includes on-site, hybrid, and remote options depending on your location.
- The term runs through November 6, 2026.
- Fellows are expected to work 20 to 30 hours per week.
