About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based at our global headquarters in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. You will join the Finance Team to gain hands-on experience through project work and job shadowing. You will work alongside an assigned coach who provides mentorship throughout your time here. This role involves participating in organized activities with other interns to support networking and learning.
What you'll do#
- Perform month end close, forecasting, and financial reporting tasks.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Finance Team members and business partners across the company.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to your colleagues.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- We prefer candidates who have completed their junior year.
- A 3.5 GPA or higher is strongly preferred.
- You have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are a quick learner who can manage multiple projects at once.
- Some prior work experience is preferred.
- You have a drive for excellence and a desire to contribute in a team environment.
