About the role#
We are looking for interns to join our Vision Quality and Compliance (Q&C) team for a 12-week program during Summer 2027. You will work within a single function on a specific project, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to our mission of protecting and strengthening the organization. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week commitment.
What you'll do#
- Work across Q&C sectors to ensure stakeholder needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Increase efficiency, reduce risk, and manage compliance requirements.
- Solve problems using process improvement tools like Six Sigma.
- Ensure products and services meet global regulations and are produced consistently.
- Participate in professional development, mentorship, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, or Biomedical).
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technology fields.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and work as a self-starter.
- Proven participation in campus programs or community service.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Ability to provide your own transportation to and from the work location.
- No conflicting summer internship or employment commitments.

- Locations: Jacksonville, Florida or Irvine, California.
- Modality: On-site with potential for hybrid schedules.
- Term: May/June to August 2027.
