About the role#
The Technical Product Analyst Co-op will join the Innovative Medicine Warehouse Control Systems team in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. You will support the development and execution of strategies focused on the reliability and performance of automated warehouse operations. This role involves working with engineering, IT, and operations teams to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Participate in product solutioning workshops and system design conversations.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Contribute to solution design and maintain technical documentation.
- Support operational teams during deployments, cutovers, and cross-functional Go-Live initiatives.
- Analyze operational data to identify system and process enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting and testing.
- Learn and apply agile methodologies, specifically SAFe, in a professional environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of WCS/WMS concepts, PLCs, industrial networks, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Interest in AI and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work multi-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
