About the role#
Join the Quality Control team in Gurabo to support laboratory operations, materials management, and data-driven decision making. This role offers hands-on experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will work alongside QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve laboratory processes.
What you'll do#
- Analyze laboratory material usage, inventory, and purchasing data.
- Support the development of a standardized QC laboratory purchasing process.
- Assist in creating a site-wide laboratory materials database and baseline inventory.
- Support Reduced Testing Plan initiatives through data collection and analysis.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least your freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with Power BI experience preferred.
- A genuine interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory operations, and continuous improvement.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship.

- Location: Gurabo, Puerto Rico.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to December).
- Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
