About the role#
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Production Data Analyst Co-op to join our manufacturing team in Danvers. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will work with production and supply chain data to help the business identify risks and opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Develop and provide KPI reports on metrics including overtime, productivity, yields, and utilization.
- Create business analytics to help identify, prioritize, and justify improvement programs.
- Build dashboards to support the daily management tiered system.
- Optimize production planning through data analysis.
- Alert the business to risks and opportunities based on your findings.
What you'll need#
- You are a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student pursuing an engineering degree (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Environmental).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively.
- Prior work experience is desired.
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or MS Power BI is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
