    About the role#

    The MSAT Engineer Co-op joins the Manufacturing Science and Technology team in Wilson, North Carolina. This role supports the process technology strategy for a new bioprocessing facility. You will report to the MSAT Engineer and contribute to process validation, equipment standardization, and the life cycle management of commercial production processes.

    What you'll do#

    • Draft accurate validation protocols and summary reports that meet documentation standards.
    • Support the execution of validation studies by collecting data, reviewing findings, and documenting results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, investigations, and improvement initiatives.
    • Coordinate MSAT activities and deliverables with vendors and contractors.
    • Participate in meetings with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Laboratory teams to track action items.
    • Complete all required technical, safety, and compliance training.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited university or college program for the duration of the internship.
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
    • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
    • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

    • Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the work site is required.
