About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship designed for MBA students. You will take ownership of projects, work with senior Finance leaders, and gain experience supporting strategic business priorities. The program serves as a primary pipeline for the full-time Finance Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson.
What you'll do#
- Lead Finance projects that address real business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop insights and recommendations to guide decision-making across the company.
- Explore assignment areas including Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance.
- Participate in live training sessions to build your business acumen and Finance capabilities.
- Network with peers, program alumni, and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- At least 5 years of full-time professional or military experience.
- Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools.
- Permanent work authorization in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Positions are located in New Brunswick, Raritan, or Titusville, New Jersey, or Horsham or Spring House, Pennsylvania.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
