About the role#
This summer internship offers an immersive, practical business experience within the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine North America Operations team. Over 10 to 12 weeks, you will work on challenging assignments, receive coaching, and gain exposure to leadership. The program aims to bridge classroom concepts with real-world business strategy. You will have the opportunity to network across various departments, including the Strategic Customer Group, Scientific Affairs, Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions, and Health Policy.
What you'll do#
- Deliver insights and recommendations to shape strategy for complex business issues.
- Collaborate across a matrixed organization to drive innovation.
- Design and implement tactical solutions using your technical skills.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of project management and critical business issues.
- Apply analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program, entering your sophomore or junior year by the start date.
- Completion of at least two college semesters.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) and relocate to the assigned site.
- Academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, Public Health, Data Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Strong interest in healthcare and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
- Proven leadership or participation in campus programs and community service.
- Ability to think strategically, influence others, and make decisions consistent with the company Credo.

- Locations: Titusville, New Jersey; Horsham, Pennsylvania; or Washington, District of Columbia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site or hybrid, requiring the ability to provide your own transportation and manage your own housing.
