    About the role#

    This is a year-round, part-time student position based at our headquarters in Moline, Illinois. You will work alongside our full-time staff to support communication efforts for digital products. This role requires daily on-site attendance.

    What you'll do#

    • Write and distribute digital product communications across the organization using standard templates like emails, presentations, and website announcements.
    • Work with Product Managers to build and update training content for digital tools.
    • Facilitate communication across various product teams.
    • Promote ideas and build interest in our digital products.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a full-time student at a local accredited university.
    • A major in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business Administration, or English.
    • A graduation date of December 2027 or later, with a minimum 2.8 GPA.
    • Availability to work 10-20 hours per week during the academic year and 35-40 hours per week during the summer.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
    • A sense of urgency and hustle in your daily work.
    • Preferred: Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior standing, with at least two semesters completed and four or more remaining.
    • Preferred experience: Technical communications, SharePoint, graphic design, video creation tools, and communication management software.

    • Location: Moline, Illinois.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, part-time position. No visa sponsorship is available.
