About the role#
The Customer Experience Data Analyst Intern will support the Customer Experience department by using data, analytics, and automation. This role focuses on transforming complex data into insights to help with business decision-making. You will work on projects that improve reporting and explore new technologies.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data from customer experience, dealer interactions, case management, and operations to find trends and areas for improvement.
- Convert complex Excel datasets into interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Use advanced Excel functions to clean, organize, and validate large datasets.
- Automate manual Excel processes using Power BI and Power Automate.
- Research, test, and build Agentic AI solutions and AI agents to automate business tasks.
- Present your findings and recommendations to leadership and internal partners.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or other degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on data quality.
- Ability to create and deliver professional presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agentic AI solutions is preferred.

- Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday.
- This is a paid internship.
