About the role#
The Analyst role is a summer 2027 internship position focused on supporting Asset Managers within JLL Real Estate Capital. You will collaborate with teams to implement value-added strategies for multifamily and commercial properties. This role involves analyzing financial performance and assessing risk for the company portfolio. You will work independently and in teams to provide analytical support and reporting.
What you'll do#
- Review, prepare, and make recommendations for releases from all escrows, including replacement reserves, repairs, and insurance losses.
- Conduct on-site property inspections to assess the physical condition of collateral assets.
- Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of properties.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of required reports for investors and agencies.
- Communicate with lender partners and borrowers to address questions and requests regarding assets.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to audit your own work.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across several transactions simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills, including effective written and verbal communication.
