    About the role#

    The Work Study Student position provides currently enrolled university students with part-time employment opportunities that support departmental operations. This role is designed to foster professional growth, workplace readiness, and time management skills while allowing students to balance work responsibilities with academic commitments.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the assigned department.
    • Handle clerical functions, including answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing.
    • Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned to support departmental needs.

    What you'll need#

    • A High School Diploma or GED.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
    • Comfort with frequent sitting, standing, and keyboard use.
    • Enrollment as a university student.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: Part-time, with hours scheduled around academic coursework.
    • Term: Rolling.
