About the role#

Institutional Work Study positions offer part-time employment opportunities for students. These roles support various campus departments and are designed to provide work experience that may align with a student's course of study or encourage community service.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and operations of your assigned department.
• Perform clerical functions such as answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing.
• Support specific campus areas including the library, Help Desk Technology, Dining Services, and the Athletic Fitness Center.
• Serve in academic or student-facing roles, such as peer tutoring, Lab Assistant, Research Assistant, or campus tour guide (Rambassdor).
• Complete other reasonable, related duties as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment as a student at the university.
• Ability to handle general office responsibilities and departmental tasks.
• Interest in gaining professional experience within a university setting.
