About the role#
The Student Programming Coordinator supports the end-to-end student recruitment and experience process. Based in the Home Office within the Early Talent Team, you will assist with hiring coordination, data management, event planning, and campus engagement. You will work with team members to ensure a smooth experience for student hires from onboarding through to the end of their term.
What you'll do#
- Lead data management and maintain master tracking of student details.
- Support the student hire process by assisting with screening, interviews, offer letters, background checks, and medical appointment coordination.
- Audit student job postings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with planning and executing internal and external events.
- Contribute to campus events by creating checklists, supporting logistics, and attending events for setup and engagement.
- Support student experience initiatives including surveys, event coordination, and various ad hoc requests.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program, completing your 2nd or 3rd year of study.
- At least 1 year of completed post-secondary education and a plan to return to school.
- An interest in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and data management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tracking or scheduling tools.

- Compensation: Weekly salary is based on your current work term. 1st term is $795, 2nd term is $875, and 3rd or additional terms are $960.
