About the role#
This is a part-time, paid work study position for the Fall 2026 semester. You will work directly with computer networking faculty in the lab at the Marshalltown campus. There are two openings available for this role.
What you'll do#
- Maintain the equipment and software in the computer networking lab.
- Help faculty members keep equipment in working order.
- Prepare instructions for hands-on lab exercises.
- Assist in the development and updating of curriculum documents.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one semester of IT-related education.
- Previous hands-on experience.
- The ability to follow directions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks.
