About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Baxley, Georgia. You will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in a manufacturing setting, working directly with experienced maintenance and operations professionals.
What you'll do#

- Learn how industrial maintenance supports safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Contribute to projects focused on equipment reliability, process improvement, and operational performance.
- Work alongside experienced professionals to solve real-world challenges.
- Build technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to modern sawmill operations.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with your team and other departments.
- Interest in hands-on work in an industrial setting.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
