About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the equipment operations team at Inter Miami CF. You will work on-site to support the daily logistics required for professional soccer training and game day preparations. This is a college-credit internship, and candidates must be eligible to receive academic credit through their university.
What you'll do#
- Assist with equipment preparation, field layout, and cleanup for training sessions.
- Support logistics for practices and game days by logging and addressing requests from players and staff.
- Manage inventory, warehouse tasks, product forecasting, and data analysis.
- Build soccer goals and shelving units, replace nets, and maintain organized equipment and boot rooms.
- Operate thermal label makers and heat press equipment.
- Handle administrative tasks related to storage and distribution.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an interest in a sports career.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Skill with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a sports environment.
- Availability to work nontraditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
