About the role#
As a Parametric Test Module Intern, you will join a module team focused on electrical measurements (Etest) for chips mid-process. You will provide feedback for process development and monitor transistor technologies. Your work contributes to manufacturing readiness on new nodes, including the development of automated data summaries and checklists for equipment errors. You will also assist in enabling Etest on new products and partner with data customers to address measurement marginalities.
What you'll do#
- Configure and build queries to pull and summarize Etest data.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve equipment matching.
- Work with equipment suppliers to identify shortcomings and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with other Intel test sites to drive test quality and sustaining excellence.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 months of experience in electrical circuitry fundamentals, instrument design, test system development, or design validation.
- At least 3 months of experience in data summarization and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with device or circuit design, or electronic test equipment.
- Experience with Python, LabVIEW, or other programming for instrument control.
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and work in a team environment.
