About the role#
Insulet is seeking a Sustainability Co-op for a full-time position from January 11, 2027, to June 30, 2027. You will join the Global Sustainability and Social Impact teams to help translate complex sustainability information into clear, engaging content. This role offers hands-on experience with ESG reporting, disclosure, and cross-functional communications within the medical device industry.
What you'll do#
- Draft and coordinate content for corporate sustainability webpages, press releases, internal news articles, and presentation materials.
- Develop supporting materials including executive briefs, stakeholder emails, FAQs, talking points, and manufacturing tour scripts.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations, and web teams to gather inputs and track project milestones.
- Maintain communications plans and content calendars while organizing source materials and creative assets.
- Research sustainability and social impact topics to support team initiatives.
- Provide meeting and project coordination support for sustainability communications.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with familiarity with AP style preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communications tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or digital asset management platforms is a plus.
- Proactive and professional approach to collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
- Interest in sustainability, social impact, or medical device communications.

- This role is based in Acton, Massachusetts, and follows a hybrid work model.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
