About the role#
Inland Group is offering a 12-week summer internship for students interested in construction management. You will work in Spokane, Washington, during the summer of 2027. This full-time role provides exposure to the entire project management process, from initial development to property operations.
What you'll do#
- Perform takeoffs and estimating tasks.
- Manage submittals and conduct bidding processes.
- Assist with project scheduling and turnover.
- Visit active construction sites to observe field management.
- Gain experience in design and property operations by working with different departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program, preferably in Construction Management or a related field.
- A team-oriented mindset that prioritizes collective success.
- Strong motivation and ambition.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.
