About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Spokane, Washington, gaining experience in construction accounting. The role provides direct exposure to real estate development, construction management, and property management. You will also have opportunities to travel to project sites and tour completed properties.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and review financial schedules.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Handle data compilations and cost tracking.
- Gain insight into month-end finance processes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Junior standing is preferred, though you must have at least Sophomore standing.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- A determined, ambitious, and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work well as a team player.
- A valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.

- Location: Spokane, Washington.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: Paid at $24 per hour.
