About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Andover, Massachusetts. You will work on-site as part of a team focused on semiconductor engineering. This position is open on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Learn and use commercial TCAD simulators for semiconductor analysis.
- Help develop improved TCAD modeling approaches for transient and radiation effect analysis in Si and GaN devices.
- Assist in creating predictive models for integrated Si power FETs.
- Support the development of compact Spice models for Si and GaN discrete products.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in semiconductor device physics.
- You must be a US citizen or green card holder due to export control regulations.
- Familiarity with TCAD device simulation is a plus.
