Co-op Student, Program Delivery

About the role#

The Business Transformation and Program Delivery department at iGaming Ontario leads strategic initiatives to implement new business capabilities and improve operational readiness. As a Co-op Student, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes within the province's regulated internet gaming market.

What you'll do#

• Support project coordination by tracking project plans, risks, and issues across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with iGaming operators and external vendors.
• Maintain project artifacts, including status reports, action logs, and governance documentation.
• Contribute to executive briefings, presentations, and regular reporting to support decision-making.
• Plan meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking action items.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices, tools, and templates.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary co-operative education program in Project Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Location & details#

• Term: Fall 2026.
• Location: North York, Ontario.
• Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 5 days per week in the office.
• Eligibility: You must be a full-time student, eligible to work in Canada, and reside in Ontario for the duration of the term.
