This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work within the Procurement department to support the end-to-end procurement cycle, including policy development, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
What you'll do#
- Assist business areas with writing business cases and preparing procurement tendering documents.
- Support the creation of procurement reports and related documentation.
- Aid in the vendor selection process and ongoing vendor management tasks.
- Organize and standardize historical procurement records to improve documentation systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary co-operative education program with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and reside in Ontario for the duration of the term.

- Location: North York, Ontario.
- Work Modality: This position requires working on-site 5 days a week.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Note: The successful candidate will be subject to a criminal background check.
