About the role#
The Operational Excellence Intern supports initiatives focused on process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and AI adoption. You will work with leadership and business teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and drive business outcomes. This role provides hands-on experience in business transformation, analytics, and change management.
What you'll do#
- Document, analyze, and improve business processes across multiple functions.
- Map workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Research and evaluate AI use cases, including support for pilots and experimentation.
- Gather and analyze operational data to measure productivity and business value.
- Plan and execute transformation initiatives, including meeting preparation and action item tracking.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, templates, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather input and contribute recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or final-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in artificial intelligence, process improvement, and enterprise technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and curiosity for continuous improvement.
