About the role#
IDC is looking for an undergraduate co-op to support the Bespoke program. This program provides our largest customers with dedicated executive sponsorship, analyst support, and a structured sales planning framework. You will work directly with the VP of Strategic Initiatives to manage day-to-day operations. This role offers exposure to senior sales and executive leadership while helping drive customer value.
What you'll do#
- Track customer clusters through the Bespoke sales process and flag stalled steps.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for account planning, executive briefings, and check-ins.
- Draft kickoff communications and prepare summary notes for account planning sessions.
- Create status updates for ELT Sponsors, Exec Analysts, and Sales Leaders regarding risks and progress.
- Maintain program documents including rosters, session schedules, and reference trackers.
- Follow up with account teams to confirm completion of action items.
- Support the onboarding of new customer clusters.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong process discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce clear, executive-ready written materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete instructions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with remote, on-site, and hybrid work options available.
