About the role#
This internship focuses on how IBM teaches and adopts AI at scale. You will work with emergent AI building blocks and practices across platforms like Copilot, Rovo, Slackbot, and Box AI. You will help define the concepts and skills employees need as the field evolves.
What you'll do#
- Experiment with AI-building practices, including authoring agent skills and prompt packaging.
- Design and test learning concepts for the Toolbox AI Cookbook.
- Support pilots of new AI practices and document readiness gaps.
- Deliver enablement sessions and host Office Hours.
- Analyze adoption data and summarize findings for leadership reviews.
- Draft content for users and answer questions in community channels.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HCI, or a related technical field.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical users.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Basic data analysis skills, such as Excel or SQL.
- Hands-on curiosity with generative AI and prompt design.
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, Box, and Jira.
