About the role#
As a Quote to Cash intern, you will join the Enterprise Operations team to help improve business processes and support the Royalty and Payment Management function. You will work within a global environment to contribute to strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency. This role focuses on using data, automation, and AI to simplify workflows and create value across the client lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support transformation programs and strategic initiatives to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
- Analyze data to generate insights, monitor performance, and support decision making.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, reports, dashboards, and project deliverables.
- Assist with project planning, execution, testing, and change management.
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement while ensuring compliance with business controls.
- Use technology and analytics to simplify work and improve operational effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis or visualization tools like Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, or Design Thinking.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
- Basic skills in programming or automation tools such as Python, SQL, or Power Automate are an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and within diverse global teams.
