About the role#
This is a 16-week, paid Co-op position for undergraduate students interested in gaining practical experience in product management. You will work with engineering, design, and data science teams to build AI-enabled and data-driven software. This role provides exposure to the full product lifecycle, including research, experimentation, and prioritization.
What you'll do#
- Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
- Translate technical concepts like APIs, ML models, and data flows into clear user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine features.
- Use analytics and user feedback to assess product performance.
- Apply responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, research activities, and design reviews.
- Communicate updates and findings to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or Business Administration, with plans to return to school after the co-op.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 16 weeks between January 19 and May 7, 2027.
- Availability to start a full-time role between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Understanding of product management principles and user-centered thinking.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data workflows, or responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience with Agile practices and collaborative environments.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
- Exposure to product analytics or data visualization tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment status: Full-time.
- Note: Students must not be enrolled in concurrent coursework during the co-op term.
