About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work on client projects within the Oracle Cloud practice. You will gain exposure to enterprise cloud applications and business transformation initiatives. This role focuses on helping clients modernize their business processes through cloud solutions. You will work alongside teams to learn, grow, and contribute to project outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Immerse yourself in primary research to help clients navigate market trends and refine competitive strategies.
- Design models to support operational improvement and client experience.
- Document client requirements by supporting workshops, meetings, and interviews.
- Shadow product teams during enterprise-wide data integrations.
- Contribute to data analytics assessments.
- Participate in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources.
- A track-record of academic success.
- Previous experience in client-facing internships or consulting clubs.
- Strong documentation skills and a process-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to enterprise software, business processes, or packaged applications such as Oracle Cloud.
- Coursework or experience related to business processes in Finance (ERP), HR (HCM), Supply Chain (SCM), or Customer Experience (CX).
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively through active listening.
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and take ownership of challenges.
- Foundational quantitative analysis skills.
- Exposure to programming technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL.
