About the role#
As an Intern Data Engineer, you will join the AI, Analytics, Automation & Data Services practice. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help clients modernize their data platforms and build AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on the practical application of data engineering to improve business performance and decision-making across various industries.
What you'll do#
- Support data engineering services and AI initiatives.
- Assist team members with designing, building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines and integration processes.
- Perform data preparation, transformation, and validation to support analytics and AI models.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and generate insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Assist with testing and validating data engineering solutions.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Analytics.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts with exposure to Python, SQL, or Java.
- Familiarity with databases, data structures, and data processing.
- Exposure to data preparation, visualization, or business problem-solving through coursework or projects.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May to July).
