About the role#
As an Intern Application Developer in our Oracle practice, you will work with experienced professionals to solve business challenges. You will support real client projects while receiving mentorship and career coaching. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in modern software development and consulting. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time Associate opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and contribute to project delivery.
- Contribute to technical documentation and design discussions.
- Write scalable, reusable code and participate in code reviews and software quality practices.
- Build cloud-native and full-stack applications with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.
- Develop enterprise applications and business solutions for finance, supply chain, procurement, human resources, and digital transformation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
- Familiarity with software development principles, object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, databases, and APIs.
- Exposure to software development, web development, or cloud technologies through coursework, projects, hackathons, research, or personal learning.
- Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, automation, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile development, DevOps concepts, and user interface frameworks.
- A growth mindset and a desire to learn and make an impact.
