About the role#
This internship focuses on the design, implementation, and analysis of sales incentive plans. You will work within the Enterprise Operations department to support the strategy that motivates sales teams and aligns with business goals. The role involves a mix of independent work and partnership with experienced staff to provide data-driven insights.
What you'll do#
- Deliver sales enablement strategies and manage the end-to-end incentives process.
- Support the creation and financial integrity of sales incentive plans.
- Design and execute digitized global incentive programs that align with company strategy.
- Provide analysis on sales plan design and client segmentation.
- Execute systems that focus on automation, simplification, and process improvement.
- Act as a business advisor by delivering high-quality solutions to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- High attention to detail for documentation and calculations.
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings and recommendations.
