About the role#
IBM is looking for interns to join the finance organization for the summer of 2027. You will work within business units, geographies, or specialized corporate functions to provide financial analysis. This role involves driving enterprise performance and efficiency while maintaining financial integrity and transparency.
What you'll do#
- Take on highly visible projects across areas like accounting, financial planning, pricing, business controls, treasury, and global financing.
- Learn directly from senior managers.
- Use data analytics to provide actionable insights for the business.
- Help deliver financial strategy across the company.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration degree program.
- A preference for rising seniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to use AI and other technologies effectively.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
