About the role#
As an Intern for the Investment Products and Platforms team, you will support the daily operations of our wealth management division. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to real projects while developing your skills in a professional financial services environment. You will work within a team focused on providing high-quality service to our advisors and clients.
What you'll do#
- Provide onboarding support for Unified Managed Accounts (UMA).
- Assist with trading operations, including identifying and fixing trading errors and updating models in Croesus.
- Manage SMA and UMA accounts, which includes reviewing new deposits, classifying securities, and validating account setups.
- Maintain content on Wealthlink, including updating and distributing reports and improving published materials.
- Provide operational and analytical support by managing the team inbox and responding to advisor requests.
- Contribute to UMA projects by identifying efficiency improvements, including the use of AI tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program, specifically in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily communication and project collaboration.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Bloomberg.
- Comfort using Copilot for daily tasks.
- Strong analytical abilities and a high level of rigor in your work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

- Modality: Hybrid work environment.
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time position with a pay range of $23.50 to $29.50 CAD per hour, depending on your year of study.
