About the role#
This internship is part of an accelerated leadership development program. It provides a path for students to understand key business leadership roles. You will work on projects alongside your manager to drive business initiatives. The role offers hands-on experience with industry business processes, internal controls, and financial analytics.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational finance and control tasks that follow company principles and standards.
- Collect, interpret, and report data related to financial and control activities.
- Interact with leaders across the organization, including departments like Treasury, Tax, Operations, Supply Chain, and Internal Audit.
- Participate in specialized training and development sessions to build industry knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Accounting or Finance.
- Strong skills in analytics, problem solving, and interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively with data management software.
