About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide students with corporate experience and insight into our business. You will focus on quality management and continuous improvement initiatives by participating in document control, audits, compliance efforts, and corrective action projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
- Analyze quality metrics and investigate root causes to optimize processes.
- Perform data analysis to support improvement initiatives.
- Lead a specific quality improvement project.
- Present your findings and recommendations to the team at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through August 2027.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May-August).

- This is a paid, full-time position.
