About the role#
This internship program is a 10 to 12-week experience designed to provide corporate exposure and practical skills. You will focus on improving business visibility and operational decision-making by automating the order tracking process. You will work alongside Sales, Operations, Customer Service, FP&A, and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting efficiency and cross-functional insights.
What you'll do#
- Document current workflows and identify process inefficiencies.
- Gather business requirements for reporting tools.
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues in a professional setting.
- Develop technical skills relevant to your major.
- Build professional relationships across the business.
- Manage multiple overlapping projects while working independently.
- Assist with process improvement and support co-workers.
- Deliver a final presentation to the local management team.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through the program period (May-August 2027).
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, based on academic standing and graduation date.
