About the role#
This is a 10 to 12-week summer internship program for students looking to gain corporate experience. You will support business growth within utility, public power, and contractor markets. This role focuses on customer engagement, market analysis, and sales strategy. You will work with regional sales professionals to understand utility infrastructure solutions and grid modernization efforts.
What you'll do#
- Apply your classroom knowledge to real-world business tasks.
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Assist with process improvement and support commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Develop technical skills specific to your major.
- Present your project findings to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the summer of 2027.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
