About the role#
This summer internship provides corporate experience within the Hubbell Internship Program. You will focus on the development, standardization, and implementation of quality management processes related to the 2027 PLM and Windchill rollout. This position is a full-time, paid role based in St. Louis, Missouri.
What you'll do#
- Create procedures, standard work documentation, and data structures to support PLM deployment.
- Apply classroom knowledge to hands-on projects involving Quality Management Systems.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks while working independently.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues in a professional environment.
- Develop technical skills specific to your major.
- Present your project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.
- Provide support and assistance to co-workers as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university for the duration of the program, from May to August 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
