About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12 week program designed to provide corporate experience in manufacturing operations. You will work on projects focused on operational efficiency, capacity planning, and productivity management. The position requires managing multiple projects with overlapping tasks and working independently.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends.
- Develop standardized routing data structures and templates.
- Create tools that improve manufacturing planning and decision-making.
- Design and deliver training materials and workshops for operational leaders.
- Assess current routing practices and recommend data governance improvements.
- Complete value-added projects and deliver a final presentation to the local management team.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the summer of 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with BOM/Route management, PowerBI, SAP, and modeling tools is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May-August).

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
