About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain corporate experience while focusing on panel and electrical equipment testing. You will work on process improvement and performance tracking initiatives at our Iron Mountain facility. The program lasts 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Streamline team metrics and reporting processes.
- Support feedback loops between manufacturing and engineering teams to drive production improvements.
- Participate in the testing and validation of relay panels and electrical equipment systems.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
