About the role#
This summer internship focuses on the Salesforce Org Consolidation Program. You will support sales enablement, user adoption, and process documentation initiatives. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Manchester, New Hampshire, running from May to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Create role-based job aids to support new processes.
- Identify and develop in-app Salesforce guidance.
- Validate user needs through direct engagement.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders on system changes.
- Support readiness activities to help users adopt new tools.
- Manage multiple tasks and work independently on assigned projects.
- Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and graduation date.
