About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide corporate experience within the Marketing and Events department. You will support event operations and strategic planning while gaining hands-on experience in trade show management. The role requires you to manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain templates for the events playbook.
- Enhance existing planning processes and assist with performance metrics.
- Partner with the planning committee to support event execution and reporting.
- Work on comprehensive, value-added projects throughout the summer.
- Deliver a final presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through August 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with relevant software systems.

- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May-August).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid position, with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 depending on academic standing and graduation date.
