About the role#
This summer internship focuses on building a data-driven framework to identify and prioritize commercial growth opportunities. You will work within the Hubbell Unified Business Services team to support informed, profitable growth decisions. This is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide corporate experience and practical project work.
What you'll do#
- Analyze revenue, customer, market, and sales pipeline data.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders across the business.
- Create a standardized methodology for assessing opportunities.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and actionable recommendations.
- Assist with ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Present your project findings to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through the program period of May to August 2027.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data into business insights.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and graduation date.
