    About the role#

    This internship is a 10 to 12-week program based in Reading, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site during the summer of 2027 to gain corporate experience and develop technical skills within our product development team.

    What you'll do#

    • Design and develop a metal enclosure assembly for electrical components and external operators, including mounting hardware.
    • Support the full product development process through 3D modeling and prototype development.
    • Handle 3D-printed parts fabrication and PCBA integration.
    • Conduct cable assembly layout and design troubleshooting.
    • Validate completed assemblies.
    • Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.

    What you'll need#

    • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period.
    • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Familiarity with 3D modeling and design software.

    • Location: Reading, Pennsylvania.
    • Term: Summer 2027.

    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: Paid position, with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
